All Certificate of New Tenant or Certificate of Resale inspections will be made between 2:00pm – 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 11:00am - 2:00pm on Wednesday. All C/O Inspections must be scheduled by 3pm and at least 48 hours prior to the date of inspection.

Please Note: Certificate of Occupancy Applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the date of settlement or rental occupancy.
