The Carneys Point Police Department is one of the finest law enforcement agencies in the State of New Jersey. The members of our organization are dedicated to providing our citizens and the many visitors to our community with quality law enforcement. 

The Carneys Point Police Department serves a residential population of nearly 7,076 - 2022 Census, with 21 full-time Polcie Officers. As the demands for police service expand, we strive to continually improve our abilities to perform our duties and to expand community partnerships. The very best relationships are built on understanding and communication, and it is the aim of this web site to help you understand our police department and its commitment to enhancing the quality of life in this wonderful Township. We, as a department, urge those who live, work or otherwise frequent our Township to become an active partner with the Carneys Point Police Department in combating crime and enhancing the quality of life.
